This property has been the scene of many memories for several generations in our family, and now we're excited to be able to share it with you. Wake up with your morning coffee seeing the sun rise over the ocean, enjoy watching the ever-changing tides and weather of the Inlet or see out the day having a glass of wine on your own beach. The choices on offer are endless - take a kayak out for a paddle, go fishing, snorkelling, bird-watching, sun-baking or build sandcastles with the kids. The space This home boasts a large floor plan with the capacity to comfortably accommodate multiple families or large groups travelling together. There are 5 bedrooms - 4 upstairs and 1 downstairs. The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and easy access to a bathroom. Upstairs is two master bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and one with an ensuite and built-in wardrobe. The other two upstairs bedrooms contain bunk beds - one room with a triple bunk (three single beds) and the other with a double/single bunk (double bed and single on top bunk). These bedrooms have easy access to a separate bathroom. *Please note that internal access between the floors is via a residential lift which is currently out of service awaiting repair. An external ramp still provides access to both levels. There is a large well-equipped kitchen and dining space to cater for large groups and families, adorned with all of the modern conveniences and kitchen essentials you would hope for in your own home. The home has three comfortable living spaces - a lounge room downstairs in the open plan living space, an upstairs sun room with incredible views and tranquility and a downstairs rumpus/media room with an enormous projector screen for in-house movie nights and a table tennis table for your inner competitive streak. A sun-drenched courtyard is set up perfectly for your outdoor entertaining needs, with a large outdoors dining table, bench seating and a built-in Weber barbecue. This house has everything you are looking for whether you're staying as a couple, a family, a group of friends or several families travelling together. Guest access The house is approximately a 5 minute drive from the main township of Stanley, which is also accessible via the beach or the coastal track if you're keen for a walk or bike ride. Parking at the property is ample and suffice for multiple vehicles and a boat. Other things to note Please note that if you require additional accommodation we have a nearby property "The Shack at East Inlet Stanley" which can accomodate an additional 6 guests.
