Pets allowed only with prior approval - one dog limit. Pets cannot be left unattended and must have their own beds. This beautiful, private guesthouse is located just five minutes from shopping and restaurants. It is beautifully decorated in true western style, and comes fully furnished with a cook-ready kitchen, two bedrooms (1 queen sized bed and 2 single beds), sitting area with Roku TV, free wireless internet access, bath with sink, tub and shower. The entire guesthouse is available to guests. Lots of room to park. Guests have access to the guesthouse but not the main house or garage. We are available for guests when we are home and enjoy interacting with them. Our guesthouse is very private with no direct neighbors or cross streets. Getting around by car is most recommended. Pets are allowed ONLY with prior approval. Owner reserves the right to accept or decline any pets.
