Welcome to the NuttyBear located in the Blue Lake Springs Community in Arnold. A perfect getaway for your friends and family to enjoy the beautiful serenity of this mountain retreat. Arnold and the surrounding areas offer a wide variety of outdoor activities including hiking, bicycling, off-road adventures, golf, and fishing to name just a few. In addition, its proximity to Bear Valley Mountain ski resort makes it a popular snow sports destination. Wide variety of wineries, close to Murphey's. The space Escape from city life at this charming Arnold cabin, complete with all the comforts of home that the whole crew is sure to enjoy! Enjoy our tri level cabin that consists of three bedroom and three full bathrooms. The kitchen comes fully stocked with essentials you'll need to make a delicious meal for your family. A BBQ is included for you to enjoy grilling outside on the deck. The dining table seats six and the island seats three people. The large wrap around deck is ideal for relaxing while enjoying the peaceful and beautiful views of the forest. Sleeping Arrangements- Two bedrooms are on the main floor, one queen size bed the other bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed and a twin on top, along with a full bathroom down the hall. A Play Pen is available for you to use, it is located in the closet with the bunk beds The primary bedroom is located on the top floor and features a queen size bed and a full bathroom. The lower level includes large sofa, a 65-inch TV, and full bathroom. (Inflatable queen air mattress) High speed Internet from Xfinity. Excellent for multiple devices, a great benefit if you are working remotely. In addition, many board games for the family to play including the Wii. GENERAL: Central heating & A/C, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, hand sanitizers, laundry detergent, hair dryers, hangers, trash bags/paper towels and napkins. Other things to note: We only allow DOGS ! No Cats or any other pets are allowed. One dog is allowed: There is an additional charge of $200 pet fee. (ESA dogs are still charged the pet fee $200) 1) Your dog is not allowed to be left unattended at any point during your stay. 2) Any scathes on the wood doors, on the leather furniture or ANY dog hair found on the beds will result in a loss of the security deposit. 3) Do not allow your dog to use the deck as a potty and please note the deck is not fully closed in. If your dog is a runner, we are not responsible if they get lost. 4) If your dog sheds, please use the vacuum cleaner in the hall way closet to cleanup before you leave. Cell reception in the area is spotty except for Verizon. We have two exterior Ring security cameras. One facing the driveway monitoring the front of the house. There is a motion flood light that will come on when you walk up to the driveway or street. The other outside camera monitors the side walk way leading to the front door. Along with a motion light. Parking: Driveway (4 vehicles). Four-wheel drive or vehicles equipped with snow tires are highly recommended. Due to weather there can be service interruption to PGE or Xfinity from time to time. Typically these are not an issue however refunds are not issued due to service interruptions or weather conditions. For our guests: Outdoor Living: Hot tub, fire pit, patio table, and gas grill We have Summer and Winter toys for you to enjoy. Beach items are available from May 1st to October 1st. Beach chairs Beach towels Noodles and rafts Beach umbrella Paddle Board Winter Items available from November until the end of the snow season. 4 Sleds 1 Toboggan 1 Tube Guest access In the summertime, guest will have access to private lakes, recreation center, tennis, and basketball courts as well as a swimming pool! There is daily fees associated with the Blue Lake Springs community center. Other things to note We want to ensure that you have the best time staying in the NuttyBear!
