Excellent location for Main Street Cooperstown and Dreams Park teams with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. 1 mile to Main Street and the National Baseball Hall of Fame and less than 5 miles to the Cooperstown Dreams Park. The space We want to welcome guests to our family home. Our charming home (dating back to the mid-1800's and on the National Historic Register) features an open plan with a full kitchen, dining area and living room. The house has three bedrooms, all upstairs separated from the downstairs living space. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a 1/2 bathroom downstairs. The first floor living room has an extremely comfortable and large couch and smart TV with access to Hulu, Amazon and Netflix available. WIFI is available and cell phone service is great for Verizon and AT&T. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Twin bunk bed A/C window units are in each of the bedrooms. Fans for lower floor, although they are rarely needed (lower level tends to remain rather cool). We provide all bedding and towels as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, utensils, plates, and glassware. There is a coffee machine, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher (dishwasher soap included), and washer and dryer. We try to make your stay as comfortable as if you were in your own home! Guest access The property connects to many acres of beautiful walking trails nearby. Conveniently located 1/2 of a mile down the road is the Clarks Sport Center. They have climbing walls, pool, running track and work out rooms you can access through an affordable day pass. Guests are welcome to enjoy the sitting and grilling area on the back porch. Outside amenities include ample parking, gas grill, yard and furnished patio area. Other things to note NOTES: * The expectation is that all noise levels will be reasonable for the time of day and that there will be no gatherings outside of the registered guests. * Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. * Even though the house is set up for you, there are some personal items throughout. * This house has the character of an older, historic home including some slightly slanted floors.
