Both the Abbeyside strand & boardwalk, and the historic St Augustine’s 13th century abbey are just a 500m stroll along the picturesque Harbour Strand The space Recently renovated and lovingly restored to its former glory, a warm welcome awaits you at our Greenway Holiday Home, a unique old style 3 bedroom house full of charm and character with a cosy living room, dining area, wood burning stove, flat screen smart TV and Wi-Fi The fully fitted kitchen is compact yet has all the essentials; kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, electric oven/grill and hob and also a small air-fryer The petite patio space is sunny yet functional, south facing and has a private side entrance which is convenient for parking bikes, kayaks, or just hanging up wet suits etc The bathroom is downstairs and has an electric shower and heated towel rail, there is no bath There are 3 separate bedrooms upstairs, 2 cosy double bedrooms and 1 king size bedroom, all bedrooms have wardrobes and plenty of storage space Bed linen and towels are provided Hairdryer and hair straightener/hair curler, iron and ironing board provided A dedicated workspace can be set up as needed Travel cot and/or bed rail also available as required by guest Please note the toilet is downstairs and there are exposed beams in the ceilings Secure and dry undercover storage for bike(s) and/or kayaks available just ask beforehand and tell us what you’re bringing! Free on street parking Guest access The entire house and private patio with rear access Other things to note The toilet and the shower room are on the ground floor, all 3 bedrooms are upstairs so it is imperative that you are able to climb up and down stairs The stairs is steep and children will need to be supervised There is room for just one small travel cot in the king size bedroom not in the other bedrooms We don’t take bookings where guest has 0 reviews unfortunately
