The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away. The cottage has everything you'll need to feel welcome and right at home. The moment you step inside you'll feel the warmth of this inviting and attractive space. You can sip your coffee on the back deck, enjoy the sunset while sitting around the fire pit, or cozy up to the gas fireplace in the living room. There is a full kitchen, washer/dryer, coffee making corner, all the cook and dish-ware you'll need, plus a collection of thoughtful incidentals incase you've forgotten anything. The home is built with state of the art heat and air conditioning to keep you comfortable no matter the season.
