Guest apartment with comfort in Hennef (Sieg)

In the middle of a residential area close to the city of Hennef, our new guest apartment is located in the annex of our detached house with separate entrance and access on the ground floor. It is a newly renovated and bright comfort apartment (approx. 45 square meters) with its own bathroom, a kitchenette and modern basic equipment – ideal for a multi-day professional stay or just to relax over the weekend in the countryside. The space We renovated the apartment in the summer of 2021 and furnished it in a classic-modern style to make our guests feel comfortable. The apartment is accessible through its own entrance and a separate anteroom. Everything is at ground level with no steps. It has underfloor heating, a large window front and darkening options. The guest apartment has modern furnishings: - Double bed (king size: 180 cm x 200 cm) with bed linen - Bathroom with shower and toilet, plenty of towels and hairdryer - New kitchen with fridge, oven and 2 ceramic stovetops - Coffee maker (Tchibo Cafissimo), toaster and kettle for tea - Dishes and basic cooking supplies, salt, pepper, sugar, oil & vinegar - Barrier-free access without steps with wide guest entrance (> 81 cm) - Spacious wardrobe with hangers - Free and safe parking on site - Wi-Fi - Smart TV with satellite connection and international channel list - Storage space e.g. for bicycles or golf trolleys in our garage - Luggage storage in case of early arrival or late departure - Fire extinguisher and smoke detector. The location: Located in the direct catchment area of Cologne and Bonn and scenically beautiful in the Siegtal, Hennef is a modern small town that impresses with a successful mixture of urban flair and rural idyll. Hennef has good transport connections with public transport, the nearby ICE station Siegburg/Bonn and a direct highway connection to the A3 towards Cologne and Düsseldorf (north) and Frankfurt am Main (south) and the A560 towards Bonn. The city center and the Hennefer train station are just a 10-minute walk away and shops serving everyday needs (supermarket, bakery, butcher), post office, doctors and pharmacy, hairdresser and several restaurants are right around the corner.
