For the safety and security of both guests and the property, exterior security cameras are located at the driveway, walkways, and entry points. Other things to note Good to Know Before Your Stay • Our home is surrounded by nature, so you may see local wildlife such as ducks, geese, deer, otters, and occasional Pacific Northwest insects around the property. • The lake is monitored regularly for water quality. On rare occasions, advisories may be issued to protect visitors and pets. For the latest updates, please check the Kitsap Public Health District website. • The cleaning fee covers normal turnover service, including laundering linens, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing the home for the next guests. If the property requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use, an additional $250 fee may apply. • To respect our neighbors and the peaceful lake environment, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. • For the safety of our guests and the property, exterior Ring security cameras are located outside the home.
