The space Tastefully decorated with high-end furnishings, the main level offers a leather reclining sectional sofa, a stone, gas fireplace with 65" Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area, a half - bath and a master suite with a king size bed it's own full bath and an adjoining laundry room. The top floor loft serves as a living space for it's two bedrooms, each with a king size bed, along with a shared full bathroom. The bottom level is a family room/game room setting with another large screen TV, a comfortable sectional, a ping-pong table, full bath, and a bedroom outfitted with 2 sets of bunk beds - two twins and two full size plus a trundle. Outside sights and sounds include: a wood burning fireplace on the back porch; the always babbling Mountain Town Creek; a creek-side firepit and inner-tubes for floating; an abundance of deer due to the no-hunting rule; corn hole; darts; a large gourmet gas grill; comfortable Adirondack chairs and views of the creek and trees tops. Relax on the bottom deck in a hot tub! Guest access Guests will be provided with a bar code to scan for community gate entrance. There is parking for several cars in the driveway.
