Deepwater Sunset Cottage

Beautiful recently renovated home by the water. Relax & enjoy the local waterways and beaches. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and only a short drive to some of NSW best beaches. Bus stop outside, 15min walk to Woy Woy train station. The space Your room is at the front of my house with your own private entrance and verandah. Its completely private with no shared spaces. The room has an ensuite, double bed, A/C, Smart TV with netflix, large built in wardrobe, ceiling fan, heater, fridge, microwave, kettle, plates, glasses, utensils etc. The Verandah has small kitchenette with a sink & 2 burner gas stove. There is a table and chairs where you can sit and watch the sunset. Guest access You can park in the front of the house if you have a small to medium size car or SUV. 4.5m+ might need to park on the street depending how good your parking is.
