Full tiny kitchen & tiny bath. Ample parking. NOTE: We don't tack on a "cleaning fee" or any other BS fees. We clean the house and make up the bed with fresh linens between guests because that's what an innkeeper does. There is no "extra" charge for doing our job. The space Please make yourself at home. We don't have televisions or internet, but there are plenty of records & 8track tapes and books & magazines. There is always coffee & water and some food in the kitchen, help yourself. You can rinse the milk out of the bottom of the glass if you like, but there's no reason for you to wash dishes. You're our guest. Guest access You are renting a 12 x 16 tiny house, a tiny little porch, and room to park. If you need something else (like a washer & dryer or a BBQ), we can figure it out. Other things to note Please note, this is a queen mattress in a loft, accessed by a ladder. You have to climb a ladder in order to get to the loft. The loft, like the house, is tiny.
