Hello and welcome to the newly built, lovingly and high-quality furnished holiday double house "Wangerbrise"! This is only about 100 meters from the freshwater lake Wangermeer, one of the most beautiful vacation areas on the Lower Saxony North Sea coast. The small private path behind the house leads directly to the sandy beach (with reed bank), where you can relax wonderfully. The space The house is entered on the first floor via the open hallway, which is directly adjacent to the living and dining area. The living area and fully equipped kitchen are bright and friendly and offer all-round views of the garden and terrace. In the garden, there is a lockable bicycle garage and a stone grill is available to you - so nothing stands in the way of relaxed barbecue evenings. Also on the first floor is the guest toilet and the storage room with a washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the two bedrooms and the bathroom with toilet and shower are located. The two bedrooms each have a double bed and a smart TV. A fiber optic cable provides fast Internet in the "Wangerbrise" accommodation. Tip: If you are planning a vacation with a larger group, it is also possible to rent the other semi-detached house "Wangerstrand." If you are interested, we will be happy to answer your questions. Other things to note The health resort Hohenkirchen (Zone 2) is subject to visitor's tax. Therefore, a visitor's tax must be paid on site. This depends on the number of people, age and length of stay. Information on the main and secondary season and the corresponding prices can be found on the Wangerland Touristik website. The following are exempt from the guest fee: a) Children up to and including 3 years of age. b) Severely disabled persons whose "degree of disability" (formerly: reduction in earning capacity) according to official identification is 100%. c) Severely disabled persons who, according to official identification, are completely dependent on constant accompaniment (marked "B" in the identification card). Means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g. degree of disability 80% and marking B). d) Accompanying persons of severely disabled persons who, according to official identification, are completely dependent on constant accompaniment.
