Collett Cottage

Cozy two bedroom home situated in the beautiful, historic Collett Park neighborhood. This older home is close in proximity to Collett Park, Union Hospital, 12 Points Historic District, retail stores, grocery, pharmacy, and restaurants. A washer/dryer, full kitchen, and discounts for longer stays make it an ideal place for health care workers working at Union Hospital, or anyone looking to stay awhile in Terre Haute. The space Guests can enjoy all of the amenities of this 1000 square foot home . The living room space offers a Fire TV and modern sofa. There is a retro desk and chair for anyone who needs a work space. The two bedrooms are both very comfortable with a mixture of modern textiles and antique touches. The bathroom is accessed through either the larger bedroom or the kitchen. The kitchen contains a quaint eating area as well as most kitchenette type appliances. The washer and dryer are located in an unfinished basement. If this is scary to you, then stick to the upstairs part of the house. Guest access Access to the cottage is via keypad entry. There are two bedrooms within the cottage. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other contains a double bed. The living room also has a sofa which can be made into an additional bed. The living room has a Fire TV as well as a desk/work space. There is also a full bathroom with a tub shower. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are supplied for guests. The kitchen has a range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, utensils, a table, and chairs. There is a back yard and a spacious screened in porch area as well. Laundry facilities are available in the basement to long term guests. The basement is unfinished. The home has a portable AC unit and a window unit for the warmer months. Other things to note Guests have free street parking in front of the home.
