Unit is upstairs with steep staircase The space Ring the Victorian twist doorbell, and the fifteen steps with historical railings will lead you to the two elegant rooms of the Suite. Very quiet and cozy, big modern shower, two-feet stone walls assure your good night sleep, original doors, floors, and a ceiling light texture, all this with a 21th-century comfort. Luxury stay in two quiet rooms on the second floor. Note narrow steep stairs. Bedroom with queen bed. The other room has two windows and used as a living space. There is a twin size futon (with linens in the closet), Smart TV, office desk. Kitchenette includes a microwave, mini refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine. There is no sink or stove in the suite’s kitchenette. We provide quality coffee, variety of tea, 4 cups, 4 glasses, silverware for 4, disposable paper plates/cups. Also bottle and can openers. Original wood floor. Portable stand-alone air conditioner in the suite. Washroom with modern tiled shower with glass door, heated floor, and window. Please leave outdoor shoes downstairs. We can provide slippers (request with booking), or bring your own. Street parking in summer. Parking is on driveway sideways only, maybe difficult to park especially in the winter. Guest access The suite is part of the big house. When you enter the right door of the house, there is a hall with barn doors (separating the suite and the rest of the main floor) that always locked by your host. Only you will be using the entrance door. Your two-rooms suite is upstairs. Everyone say it’s very cozy! Please.... leave your outdoor shoes on the tiled floor downstairs. Do not use furniture downstairs Other things to note **The suite is located on the second floor, access by steep staircases to the floor upstairs. **Parking is limited and not guaranteed. If we conformed the parking availability, on driveway - sideways only parking possible, maybe difficult to park especially in the winter. Use for your own risk. ** Overnight street parking is not allowed by city law from Nov 15. to March 15 **We have a kitchenette in the suite. It has no sink or stove or cookware, only a microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, mini refrigerator. **The barn door on the first floor hall separating the main floor of the house from the guest suite. It’s always locked by owners during your stay. The main floor is not for guests use.
