It is centrally located LESS THAN 10 min. to Downtown, Ybor city, Busch Gardens, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, Lowery park zoo, Tampa river walk, and 11 min. from Tampa international Airport. There is a park with splash pad, playground, basketball courts, and a soccer field, a few blocks down the street.
