Upstairs half of duplex in Hancock. This mining era house was converted to a duplex somewhere along the way. The living space is completely private but there is a shared entrance with the lower unit on the front porch. Our co-host Shelby lives in the lower unit. This Airbnb listing not a luxury rental It's an old but clean, functional apartment that is ideal for one to two quiet guests. We purchased house in 2021 and lived in the lower unit until March of 2024. The space The space has full kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living room. Guest access Guests can use all of the space except the attic and one closet, both of which are locked. Access into the entrance on the shared porch is via a smart lock and into the apartment via a manual keypad. Guests receive the codes prior to arrival. Other things to note Please remove shoes before entering the apartment. They can be left at the bottom of the stairs going up to the apartment or just inside the apartment door.
