The rear balcony is currently under renovation and must not be used, except in case of emergency exit. Building & Noise This is a typical Montreal triplex, which means sound can travel more easily. You may hear neighbors, activity in the stairwell, or everyday living noise. Likewise, we ask that you keep noise to a respectful level, especially during evening hours. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Any evidence of smoking will result in a penalty fee and deodorization charges. No Parties Parties and events are not allowed. This is a residential building, and neighbors live here full-time. Garbage Please do not place garbage outside unless it is the scheduled collection day. Failure to follow this rule may result in a penalty. Pets Pets are not allowed. Any undeclared animal will result in a $300 penalty per animal.
