Other things to note Respectful Stays This is a self-serve apartment located in a building with permanent residents. We kindly ask that you be respectful and mindful of neighbors at all times. Guest Support Hours Our team is available to respond to messages and emails. If you are arriving after hours, please make sure you have all your access information in advance. Terrace & Balconies Please note that the terrace is currently under repair and is not accessible during your stay. Only the front balcony is accessible. The rear balcony is currently under renovation and must not be used, except in case of emergency exit. Building & Noise This is a typical Montreal triplex, which means sound can travel more easily. You may hear neighbors, activity in the stairwell, or everyday living noise. Likewise, we ask that you keep noise to a respectful level, especially during evening hours. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Any evidence of smoking will result in a penalty fee and deodorization charges. No Parties Parties and events are not allowed. This is a residential building, and neighbors live here full-time. Garbage Please do not place garbage outside unless it is the scheduled collection day. Failure to follow this rule may result in a penalty. Pets Pets are not allowed. Any undeclared animal will result in a $300 penalty per animal. Guests Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Additional visitors must be approved in advance and may be subject to a daily fee.
