Come stay in a well loved, clean and tidy, cosy, colourful and plant filled home in the old schoolhouse of Roslin village. The ancient and mythical woodland forest of Roslin Glen and infamous Roslin chapel is a 5 minute walk from the front door. Retreat from the city in the calm, peace and quiet of the village, or take advantage of the regular 25-40 minute bus into the city centre, that runs all day and night. Perfect for a Christmas or Hogmanay Getaway. The space 2 bedrooms available - very comfortable mattresses, one large double and one king size. wardrobe and desk space available. 1 very new and comfortable futon mattress sofa bed in converted cabin like (wooden pannelled) back room. Kitchen with amenities, 2 bathrooms (one with bath/shower). clean, tidy, bookcase, washing machine, dishwasher, central heating. ****please note this is our home and personal sanctuary retreat space. We love and care for it very much. We will entirely clear the space of our personal items, leave all wardrobe and drawer space empty in the bedrooms, leave 2 full kitchen cupboards (6 shelves) empty. We will leave our towels and bed linen in the hot press for your use (cupboard), cleaning products under the sinks for your use if you need.
