This studio-condo offers spectacular oceanfront views from the 15th floor! The resort welcomes kids and dogs of all ages! Your space includes 2 queen beds with upgraded linens, a private balcony overlooking the pools and beach, a kitchen complete with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, sink and all common dishware/cookware needed, and a full bathroom with shower/tub and towels. This space is great for solo travelers, couples, or a family of 4. Come be our guests! The space The supersized studio-condo is yours for the duration of your confirmed booking. This includes the full kitchen, bathroom, sleeping area and private balcony. Enjoy! Guest access Guests have access to resort amenities such as pools, tiki bar, laundry machines, gym and business center. Please see resort signage for directions to these amenities. Other things to note We love dogs! Up to 2 small (50lb combined weight) permitted for $20/night. Mature, house-trained dogs only. No yippers or nippers that will disrupt other guests or neighboring rooms. Disruptive or destructive behavior will result in fines due to the reservation holder of $25/offense, replacement value of damages, or immediate eviction if the behavior doesn’t cease. We love dogs but cannot risk our host status as a result of poorly-behaved fur babies. Dog breed(s), age(s) and weight(s) must be declared with each inquiry. We do apologize, but under new resort management, dogs MUST be in the 20lb range, and no aggressive breeds. We’re always happy to welcome guests traveling with legitimate Service Animals in accordance with Airbnb’s Accessibility Policy, at no extra charge. If you’re traveling with a pet (non‑Service Animal), please include them in your reservation so the pet fee is applied automatically. Please note: Misrepresenting a pet as a Service Animal is illegal and can result in significant fines. Service dogs must stay with their handler at all times and may not be left unattended in the room.
