The bright living area is stylishly furnished and equipped with a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen, which is open to the bedroom, includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The bedroom features a cozy double bed with plenty of storage space and an additional sofabed. The modern bathroom offers a shower and all necessary amenities. Wi-Fi and a smart TV are available. Guest access To enter the building, you need to take 12 steps to reach the ground floor, where the elevator is located. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time thanks to our manual code system. Please note our check-in time (from 3 PM) and check-out time (by 11 AM). Other things to note Here’s the parking situation: You can park on the street next to the apartment, but you will need a parking ticket from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. On weekends, parking is free. Alternatively, there is a nearby parking garage on Steinbauergasse with reasonable rates (8€/day). You can secure a cheaper spot by registering online in advance.
