Everyone can enjoy their own memory foam bed and get rested up before a big day on the beach . Babies and children are welcome! We have a baby gate, highchair, and a pack -n- play ready for your little ones, as well as outlet plugs in all outlets. The downstairs has ample seating space in the living room area for everyone to settle down in front of the TV , you will be able to stream with Roku and watch a movie if there is a rainy day during your week at the beach. Netflix and hulu is also available. You will find the house has a great flow from one room to the next. The kitchen has a pass through window that connects it to the living room and really encourages fellowship and conversation. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and a Keurig. You might enjoy a cup of coffee while strolling down to the water in the morning. The yard is large enough to start a game of corn hole ( yes we have corn hole boards already there!) while grilling on the charcoal grill and enjoying each other’s company on the back porch with patio furniture. If you need to do some mid - week laundry, the washer and dryer are upstairs, making it convenient to do a quick load. The community is exceptionally friendly. The boat ramp is just blocks from the home and has access to the intracoastal Waterway. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, front and back porches, garage, and front and back yards. You will also have access to the community boat ramp. Guests will have access to community pool when open.
