Welcome to The Honey House: a whimsical studio apartment with private entrance, a full kitchen, comfy king bed, and lots of charm! We are located in a quiet neighborhood 6 miles from downtown Nashville. Personal touches make this a sweet home away from home! The space The Honey House is a 1960’s ranch with the studio apartment in the lower level of our home. We are located in a quiet established neighborhood just a few miles from downtown Nashville. There are so many wonderful things to do in Nashville and I am happy to suggest restaurants or anything else you are looking for. The studio is ideal for 1-2 guests. The studio has a 55 inch TV with access to movies and streaming apps (no cable). We have some board games, vinyl records, and a few other little fun things to entertain you during your stay. I love to grow flowers & bake yummy treats and look forward to sharing those with our guests when available. We hope to provide you with a home sweet home away from home! (This is a no smoking property inside or outside, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited!) Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the studio apartment with private entrance, full kitchen/bath, shared access with us to the lush backyard with fire pit, swing, play set, corn hole boards, and hammock. 1 available parking space in the driveway next to our cars. Washer/dryer available upon request. Other things to note We live upstairs with our daughter and mini golden doodle, so you might hear some happy kid and puppy noises - but we do our very best to be respectful of our guests. We use the stairs in the garage that are located by the studio door, but we will be as quiet as possible when coming and going as to not disturb. Wheelchair friendly. NO SMOKING inside the studio or anywhere on our property. NO PETS. Studio does not have its own thermostat, but I can control it via my Nest so please message me if there is an issue with the temperature. Space heater and fan provided. Less than 2 miles to a Tesla charging station. Price includes local taxes.
