Live the perfect Black Hills vacation experience in this cozy and stylish condo! Our fully-furnished home is located in the stunning Black Hills, just a short drive away from some of South Dakota's most picturesque sights. Embark on an array of unforgettable outdoor adventures, from Spearfish Canyon, to Sturgis, and Deadwood. Enjoy the clean, rustic, and luxurious amenities within our comfortable condo, perfect for the whole family. The space BEDROOM 1: Includes a queen bed and large walk-in closet with another roll away twin bed. It is situated right off the living room and accessible to the full bathroom. Includes a TV. BEDROOM 2: Includes a queen bed and large walk-in closet with another roll away twin bed. Situated right off the living room on the opposite side of the condo as the other bedroom. Includes a TV. LIVING ROOM: Spacious sitting area with a full size couch and oversized chair Open concept to the kitchen and sitting area. There is a television with high speed internet where you can have access to all your favorite streaming services. KITCHEN + DINING: Fully stocked and includes a breakfast bar with seating for 4 and coffee bar with Keurig, creamer, and sugar. FULL BATHROOM: One bathroom in the condo and all amenities re included - soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. LAUNDRY: There is a shared washer and dryer located on the second floor. It is coin operated. Complementary laundry soap is located in the closet of the condo. PATIO: There is a shared patio area just down the hall. From here you can enjoy the gorgeous views of the hills, sunsets, and even deer and wildlife at times. PARKING: There is only one designated spot for parking. However, if you need additional parking there is a larger parking lot up the hill behind the condo. It can be difficult to access with a trailer. There is a local grocery store that allows guests to park trailers or larger vehicles as well just 2 blocks down the road. FAQS ------> Where is the Condo located? It is located on main street in Lead SD. - 5 miles to Terry Peak Ski Resort - 3 miles to Deadwood SD - 19 mi to Spearfish - 16 mi to Sturgis - 48 mi to Mount Rushmore Early or Late Check-in? We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the little time we have between guests to clean and prepare the home. Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. We do not allow late check-out as our cleaners again need ample time to prepare for the next guests. Guest access The condo comes with one dedicated parking space and additional parking options nearby. Other things to note Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE on covered deck where patio table/chairs are available for use. Coin operated laundry available down the hall - complementary laundry soap in condo. Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am
