Our house was built in 1900 and is located in the heart of Whitchurch village, a suburb of North Cardiff. The city centre is 3km away and is easily accessible by car, train, bus or bicycle along the Taff Trail. The space Both bedrooms are on the first floor of our house and are spacious and airy with high ceilings. One bedroom has a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers and has the exclusive use of a large bathroom with bath and separate shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, desk, wardrobe with hangers and a chest of drawers and has a newly refurbished en suite shower room. Both rooms are lockable. We have one pack and play cot. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in both room. A trundle bed can be put into each room especially suitable for children. Guest access A bright living room with a wood burner is available for guests' use. This room has a television and a wide variety of DVD's and boxed games which you are welcome to use. Free wifi is provided throughout. A large and bright dining room is available for you to use at breakfast time. Arrival time is preferred after 3pm but can be earlier by arrangement and the room needs to be vacated by 10.30am. During your stay My husband and I live at the house and will be in residence when you visit. I will be at home to welcome you when you arrive, to provide you with breakfast and to answer any queries you may have about Cardiff. Other things to note Breakfast will be served in the dining room between 8 and 9.30am. This will include a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt,toast and croissant, orange juice and tea or coffee. For the security of our house and possessions, we reserve the right to enter your room, even if you have locked it, in order to shut windows left open in the event of a storm or if there's no one in the house.
