Nice room in a large 150 m2 apartment located 150 m from the beach and 50 m from Le Courant. The apartment was renovated during the winter of 2021 in a natural and bohemian spirit. You will also have access to a large balcony with furniture and plancha that will allow you to spend beautiful evenings outdoors. The apartment is part of a large house divided into 5 apartments, yours occupying the entire 1st floor. The space The bedroom is composed of 2 single beds, ample storage space and a sink with mirror. There are 3 other rooms also rented in the apartment, so it will be necessary to share common spaces with other people and respect the rules of community living. Cleaning is to be done at the end of your stay including your room but also the common areas used. You can request a cleaning option (€60) if you wish when booking. Guest access Guests can access the shared bathroom (3 showers/2 toilets), the large living room open to the kitchen. It has a large south/west facing balcony and a garden at the back of the house.
