The space Our one-of-a-kind home sits on a hilltop on two acres covered in oaks with lots of privacy. The house has a big open living room with plenty of windows to enjoy the view, You will also see a fully equipped roomy kitchen and comfortable dining area. Outside you'll find a beautiful deck on the back of the house. Giant Jenga and Cornhole out side and games inside provided for your entertainment, hammock under the trees. The space SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - Master Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed plus bathroom - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed - Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed - Bedroom 4: 1 full murphy bed and office We use the Airbnb COVID-19 guidelines as far as sanitation. Every public surface is cleaned and sanitized. Furthermore there will be a three day gap between guests. . Guest access All parts of the property are for your exclusive use except the garage and closet next to laundry room. Please note, outside guests other than registered guests are not allowed without permission. Up to four outside guests can day-visit, but any type of event such as wedding receptions, etc. are strictly prohibited. Other things to note Checking in and out: Generally check in is 3 PM and check out at 10. PM. If it works out for you to check in early or check out later just ask and we will see if it is possible. Sometimes it's not possible due to other guest reservations. Other things to note - 3 exterior security cameras (facing out) Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 driveway, Camera 2 side front yard, Camera 3 front door bell. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion - Dates of stays longer than a week need to be approved in advance. - We ask that you please respect the quiet neighborhood and keep voices down during quiet hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
