The space The 3rd Floor is all yours for 4 or fewer people in the studio suite, with a full bath + living area with armchairs for ocean, sunset & dune views, a desk, reliable WIFI, & WIFI TV w/ local channels. Beds have European-style bottom sheets and duvet covers, fresh each visit, instead of a top sheet & bedspread, so guests always have a clean bedspread. You can't stay closer to the beach or train in Grover Beach than here! Pets must be house-trained, quiet, on leash outside the door, and not left unattended. Smoking of any substance anywhere inside or outside is strictly forbidden. Smokers will not be happy here and will be asked to check out immediately if smoking anywhere on the property due to host-family life-threatening allergies to smoke and secondhand smoke. Guest access 5-minute walk to train station, beach, or car rental. Walk to everything from sandy beach to dinner, to rent a dune buggy, excellent restaurants, or wine tasting. Four free parking spaces in the back of the building and free street parking. By car: 1-minute to Hwy 1 and 2-minutes to Hwy 101. Great laundromat just steps away. Other things to note Not suitable for smokers - hostess has lung disease - no smoking of any substance anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Quiet house-trained pet guests are welcome if kept on leash outside the unit, and are not left unattended, and are included in the booking. Please remove shoes at the front door.
