The space The 3rd Floor is all yours - master suite & full bath + living area with comfy armchairs for ocean, sunset & dune views, desk, good WIFI, & WIFI TV w/ local channels. Beds have European-style bottom sheets and duvet covers, fresh each visit, instead of a top sheet & bedspread so guests always have a clean bedspread. You can't stay closer to the beach or train in Grover Beach than here! Pets must be house-trained, quiet, on leash outside the door, and not left unattended. Smoking of any substance anywhere inside or outside is strictly forbidden. Smokers will not be happy here and will be asked to check out immediately if smoking anywhere on the property due to host-family life-threatening allergies to smoke and secondhand smoke. Guest access 5-minute walk to train station, beach, or car rental. Walk to everything from sandy beach to dinner, to rent a dune buggy, excellent restaurants, or wine tasting. Other things to note Not suitable for smokers - hostess has lung disease - no smoking of any substance anywhere on the property, inside or outside.
