The space Renovated in 2021, this top-floor, sun-filled apartment features: - 4 skylights - 1 fully furnished bedroom with a supremely comfortable Casper mattress and Parachute bedlinens - 1 yoga / fitness studio with wall-to-wall mirrors and a walk-in closet - Bathroom with jacuzzi tub + rain shower recess + radiant floor heating - Open concept kitchen / dining area fully outfitted with toaster oven, juicer, blender, sous vide, workstation sink, Kitchenaid, cold water on-demand - Utility room with ceiling-mounted drying space, in-unit W/D - Dog living nook with dog bed, crate, and grooming tools - Living room with a wall-mounted 65-inch TV and Netflix, Hulu, etc - 2x temperature controlled tea kettles - 2 dedicated workspaces. ^ One outfits a sit-stand configurable desk with a Herman Miller Sayl chair and 3 monitors; the other is the legendary Altwork "battlestation". You're a - 15-minute walk to both Safeway and Whole Foods (they're literally opposite each other) in the Duboce Park area - 15-minute walk to Japantown, which takes you closer to Union Square and is an attraction of its own - 15-minute walk to the Mission and Valencia St, where you'll find even more food and our favorite Dandelion Chocolate - 10-minute walk to Market Street, the artery that cuts through the heart of downtown San Francisco - 5 minute walk to Alamo Square Park, Jefferson Square Park, the City Hall dog park - 1 minute walk to Patricia's Green, where you'll usually find us nursing coffee and watching our dog greeting everyone.
