Bright, cheerful, lake front cottage nestled in the bay with unobstructed views of Lake Champlain. The lake is full of wildlife which include bald eagles, osprey, blue herons, etc. Relax under the pergola and enjoy preparing your meals in the outdoor kitchen. Bring your boat/kayak and explore the lake. The bay is clay based and not ideal for swimming. Quiet location where you can relax. We have a kitchenette for our indoor kitchen…electric induction burners and a full size countertop oven. All pots, pans, baking dishes, air fryer, etc are provided. Outdoor kitchen has a sink, mini refrigerator, gas grill and Blackstone griddle. The property features lake-access, please note that the water levels of Lake Champlain fluctuate depending on the season. Later in the season the water will be shallow with weeds/lily pads and further out from the property. Not ideal for swimming
