Located in Historic Downtown Vero while tucked away in a quiet, charming neighborhood. Free parking on premises for two cars—Walking distance to Downtown’s shops and restaurants. Avoid Vero’s expensive hotel prices by staying at this quaint and trendy place. The space Please read entire listing description. Tucked away in downtown Vero. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Older, maintained building. You’ll be close to beachside, TJ Maxx, Fresh Market, Publix, Walmart, pharmacy stores such as Walgreens, CVS, and very close to the hospital. Guest access Entire right side of duplex. Washer and dryer are shared with neighboring side and located in the shed on the opposite side of duplex. There is a fence dividing the neighboring duplex. Other things to note -Parking and entrance is in the rear of the building through the back alley. Parking in the front street is not allowed by the city and your host is not responsible for any citations or fines. -Washer and dryer located in shed and is shared with other side of the duplex. -gas BBQ grill located in the shed and shared with neighbor air b n b. Extra propane tank provided; let your host know when one propane tank runs out. -Tap water is okay to drink from sink but bring bottled water if preferred. No ice maker, no dishwasher. Pack n play can be provided upon request. -Kitchen contains toaster, microwave, oven, standard drip coffee pot, spices refrigerator, silverware, cooking utensils, dish-ware, pots/pans and bake-ware. -monthly PEST CONTROL and inspections. -shampoo/body wash not provided. cleaning fee includes at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, dish/hand soap, and trash bags. -This location is near South beach of Vero Beach, FL and NOT near the Miami, FL South Beach.
