Additional mountains under an hour away. 10 minutes from UCONN hospital, 20 minutes from Hartford Hospital, and close to major highways such as 84, 91, and 691. Lots of vineyards and breweries near by for daytime entertainment. Close by theaters include the Warner, Bushnell and the XL Center. This spacious lake house offers beautifully wooded cathedral ceilings and two wrap around decks overlooking Lake Garda. The kitchen and dining room feature an open floor concept. There are two generous sized bedrooms on the main floor. The stairs lead to a relaxing loft, large master bedroom with two walk in closets, and a master bathroom with a jacuzzi. The fully finished basement offers additional sleeping and easy lake access. Canoes and kayaks are available for use too! You will have access to the whole house and boathouse (with the exception of the detached garage and one locked room in the basement for storage). We live right next door to the rental property so we will be able to help quickly with anything that pops up! Private lake community- Great vacation spot for families! Neighbors are close by so noise needs to be at a respectable level at all times. The driveway can accommodate parking for up to 5 vehicles. There is a wonderful bike trail within a 3 minute drive. You can also bike, canoe/kayak or walk to the 3 beaches around the lake. We have boats and equipment available for your use. One beach is less than a block away and the other 2 are about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride.
