Additionally, our resort offers conveniences like Sam’s Pantry, our grab & go market and coffee shop, self-service business center, and concierge services. Other things to note The WIFI is 1 Gig Fiber wifi, each room contains a modem/router that allows for wired connections if needed. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and plates/cups/silverware. All units have a washer and dryer. WIFI/Internet and Cable TV are provided by the neighborhood HOA through Bluestream technologies - and while they are quite reliable like all services they are subject to service interruptions that effect the entire neighborhood or even their larger service areas. Therefore, we do not guarantee WIFI or Cable will be fully operational at all times due to these circumstances. Lake view units are not available on Airbnb. Unit assignments are made upon arrival. Flooring in our units may consist of carpet, tile, or vinyl, and combinations of these materials are possible. Decor and wall colors vary by unit. They all share a similar layout and construction just different appliances and furniture, so you wouldn’t necessarily get the town home in the picture. However, the townhome will not be too far off from. All of our units will offer the same core amenities and comfortable stay as advertised.
