Perfect place for gathering families and friends (12 max, infants to seniors) in large one level house, with onsite activities and many nearby attractions! Take a dip in the gorgeous heated pool or relax those muscles in the Hot Tub, gather the group for a great meal using the outdoor kitchen, make some memories or get competitive in the game room, play in the children's room complete with board games, books, movies, & satellite tv, or lazily enjoy the beautiful sunsets on our 15 acres. The space The house has 5 bedrooms: 3 king bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a twin trundle day bed, and 1 bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed and full size futon in the room. All rooms are on the ground floor, making it safer for younger guests and easier on guests with mobility challenges. Three rooms are on one side of the house: king room with master bath, and another king and twin trundle bed share the hall bathroom. The other two rooms (king room and bunk room) are on the other side of the common areas and share a full bath between the bedrooms. The children's room (bunk room) has some toys and a separate tv/dvd, as well as an audible alarm on the door to *assist* in keeping them safe. The king size rooms have been equipped with usb outlets to assist with charging devices. All bedrooms have room darkening curtains for those that would like to sleep in on vacation, and mattresses and pillows have protectors for hygiene, dust, and bedbug prevention. The Heated Pool and adjoining Spa are open from May 1st through September 30th (Approximately). The Pool is 3 foot on the shallow end and 6 foot deep on the deepest end. The Spa is connected to the Pool and is different than a hot tub. It has the same temp as the pool and has moderate jet streams. The separate six seat hot-tub is open year-round. The internet service is based on T-Mobile’s Home Internet Connection. The speed/capacity is approximately 10 Mbps download and 2Mbps upload. There is a cell phone signal booster that makes the internet service by cell serviceable. Guest access While the home feels like it's in the country, it is not far from town and the roads are all paved and easy access. The driveway at the house is a long paved U-shaped drive-through, perfect for parking multiple cars, counting steps, and avoiding backing up. There is an empty two car garage available for parking or play inside, with a parking pad just outside of it that doubles as a basketball court. Other things to note For each rental/booking, the person who places the reservation through Airbnb needs to sign my short-term rental agreement to complete the booking process. The agreement sets out the rules for the property, such as: - Max 12 guests, including infants - Pets are not allowed; - Smoking is not allowed; - Pool rules - As well as other typical terms and conditions found in short-term rental agreements for vacation properties. The agreement is pretty straight-forward and I've used this agreement with many renters in the past without issues. The house is out in the country and does not have trash pick-up services. Given this, guests need to drop-off the trash at the County convenience center, which is 3 minutes away, on the way back to town.
