Four bedrooms are located on the main level, including the exclusive primary suite with magnificent king bed, smart TV, huge walk-in closet, private access to the 3-season room, and ensuite bath. A garden tub under a large picture window, separate walk-in steam shower, and dual vanity sinks are hallmarks of the impressive bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 all have king beds with luxury linens, smart TVs, and lovely views of the surrounding property. Guest access The Entire home is exclusively available to guests. You will not share the home, pool, or grounds with anyone else. Other things to note Ask about scheduling pony or horse-riding lessons with our partner stables next door for an additional cost! The nightly rate covers the first 7 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 6 and over (kids 5 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. The pool opens for the season at the end of April and closes for the winter mid-October. The hot tub remains open year-round for guest enjoyment. For the safety and security of our guests and the neighborhood, there are external security cameras in the following locations on this home: 1. Front door 2. Garage 3. Back yard/fire pit/hot tub 4. Pool These cameras record exterior areas only and hold the information for 30 days. Footage is only reviewed in the event of a break-in or any potential house rules violation. There are no cameras anywhere inside the home.
