Casa del Monte Apartment

Our apartment is located on the outskirts of the Sinsheim district of Steinsfurt on the idyllic Hettenberg in close proximity to fields, forests and meadows. The thermal baths & bathing world, the Technik Museum or the PreZero Arena of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim can not only be seen from here but are also within a few minutes' reach. A bus stop is right across from the apartment and parking is also available. The space The apartment consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a large cozy living room with an integrated fitted kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling window elements in the living room let plenty of light and sun into the apartment and at the same time lead out onto the terrace, which invites you to relax in the greenery in summer. You will be staying in Steinsfurt, the largest district of the large district town of Sinsheim in the middle of the Kraichgau hills. Attractions such as the "Thermen & Badewelt Sinsheim", the "Technik Museum", the "PreZero Arena" of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, the "Burg Steinsberg" or the cultural monument "Lerchennest" are in the immediate vicinity and invite you to relax or discover. Despite the rural structure, there are two grocery discounters, bakeries and butchers, a Sparkasse and a Volksbank as well as some restaurants. By car, Steinsfurt can be easily reached via the BAB 6, exit Sinsheim-Steinsfurt, from Heilbronn or Mannheim. The S-Bahn line S5 of the S-Bahn Rhein-Neckar (Heidelberg-Sinsheim-Eppingen) runs every half hour and stops directly at Steinsfurt station. Opposite the apartment is a bus stop. From here, the city bus runs every 30 minutes to the most important stations and transfer points in the region. The apartment is ideal for short-term vacationers of all ages who want to end the day in a cozy environment after their SPA experience under palm trees in the "Badewelt Sinsheim," after a hike through the Kraichgau or a bike tour along the Elsenz.
