Set in an old barn completely renovated in 2015, the cottage, spacious and comfortable, can accommodate a family of 6 people. Semi-attached to the owners' accommodation, it includes a private entrance, large entrance hall, small living room with TV and DVD player, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 independent bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 powder rooms. A platform in front of the cottage can accommodate a maximum of two cars. The space You have direct access to the garden by going around the house, or via the entrance hall on the ground floor, or via the staircase from the dining room on the 1st floor: the different outdoor spaces are shared with us. First of all, there is a large, fully fenced garden of 5 acres, with a slide and two swings, which will welcome the games of the youngest. This space is a quiet place where it's nice to read, rest, daydream or play board games. A round garden table is reserved for our guests. In the laundry room, you will find 2 deckchairs, the parasol, balloons, the hammock canvas, outdoor games (petanque, Finnish skittles, twister); please put back in the evening what you have used. A sled tray and 2 "shovel" sleds are also available. A barbecue is available in the 2nd part of the garden, as well as a table, and an awning that allows you to use the BBQ in case of uncertain weather Behind this garden there is also a large meadow where we have installed a trampoline, this vast fenced space will delight the tallest, and allows for football games, or other ball games. Other things to note Chevron is a small village without shops. You will find a bakery and a well-stocked organic store in Werbomont, which is 4.4 km away. Classic supermarkets, also open on Sundays, are a 15-20 minute drive away, in Ferrieres, Trois-Ponts and Aywaille.
