Other things to note House Rules 🔑 Guest Access and Registration • Access to the apartment is restricted exclusively to people registered in the reservation. • Any additional visits must be authorized in advance and will cost $200 MXN per night. • Girls and children over 2 years of age must register as additional guests. 🏘️ Use of the Space • It is strictly forbidden to hold parties or events inside the apartment. • Please keep the order and cleanliness in the common areas. It is requested to wash the tableware and cookware after use. • The apartment is on the fourth floor, with an elevator. 🔇 Rules of Coexistence • Please keep the volume low on TVs and sound equipment after 10 pm. It is recommended to use hearing aids after that time. • No smoking inside the apartment. In case of doing so, you will need to go out to the street. • In accordance with Mexican law, the use of drugs inside the unit is prohibited. * 24-hour surveillance. 🕒 Entry and Departure Times • Regular check-in time is after 2:00 pm. • Arrivals after 10:00 PM require additional coordination for key delivery and have a $500 MXN late check-in fee, indicated from the reservation. • Check-out must be before 12:00 pm. • Check-outs after that time will have an additional fee of $500 MXN for late check-out, as they affect the preparation of the space for the next guests. Environmental 🌱 Care • In this home we promote saving energy. We ask you to turn off lights and electrical appliances when not in use or when leaving the apartment. 🛗 About the Elevator • The elevator provides constant service to the 21 floors of the tower, so it is under continuous review for better operation. • It is important to follow the instructions for use indicated in the elevator and by the surveillance staff, in order to contribute to their good condition and safe operation.
