Great retreat for the winter, and athletes who want to relax by the private pool and spa. Lots of walking, hiking, bicycling, golfing in the area. Sabino Canyon w/i 5 miles. All the comforts of home. The space Beautiful 3 bedroom home in Catalina Foothill. Highly desirable area for a winter bicycle/triathlon/trail & marathon training. Get getaway and retreat as well. See the sunrise and set from various locations throughout the home. Opportunity for longer stay, personal message the owner. Golfing, swimming, Sabino Canyon, Mt. Lemmon, cozy fireplace, full stocked kitchen. Large 75 inch TV, Wifi, great neighborhood, living room, family room, and dining room. Don't forget to visit Sabino Canyon visitors center. Inter-city cycling within 3.5 miles. During winter months (usually from Nov-May) if you want the spa/pool heated, there is daily surcharge but so worth it.... This daily surcharge rate maybe subject to change due to current cost of LP gas to heat the pool and spa. Nighttime in the spa and pool are wonder to stare at the moon and stars in the sky. There is gym equipment onsite for use during your stay, contact the owner for specifics. Please note: The home is not suitable for children under age of 12. If you are taller than 5 foot 10 inches note that the beds are queen size and a king size bed, there are no extra long beds. Guest access Access to garage is limited to one car mid-size SUV. Access to private pool and outdoor spa. Community pool and tennis courts are within .25 walking miles. Community access for members and guests only and from sunrise to sunset. Access through front door with keypad locking system. Some closets in the master bedroom and office are locked and not accessible by guests. Air mattresses are available for guests beyond 6 to 8 guests. Other things to note There are 2 bicycles available for use during your stay. These bicycles can help you get around the neighborhood.
