A huge wraparound deck with a barbecue and a fire pit for outdoor living, and in cold weather, cozy up with a gas fireplace and media room with 70-inch TV on the lower level. Multiple work spaces on two levels can accommodate remote workers. 1.5 miles to downtown White Salmon and 10 minutes to Hood River. The space Upstairs main living area is wide open and features beautiful Gorge views. Two steps to the front door will give you access to kitchen, living, dining, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and deck - no other climbing of stairs necessary. Lower level features gas fireplace, media room with 75-inch TV, 3 bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Guest access We have a large, flat, private parking area that can accommodate 3 cars easily, or more with some adjustments. We are toward the bottom of a winding, wooded road that is very popular with walkers and can offer beautiful views through the trees toward the Gorge. We are a 1.5 mile walk to downtown White Salmon which features restaurants, small shops, a grocery store and a drug store. Other things to note The Columbia River Gorge is an outdoor paradise. Hood River, OR - about a 10 minute drive away - is world-renowned for kite boarding and wind surfing. There are numerous hiking and biking trails, and snow activities in the winter. There are several wineries and breweries within easy driving distance on both the WA and OR sides of the Gorge. The Gorge offers stunningly beautiful views, many activities, or peaceful and splendid isolation and quiet. ***POOL IS SEASONAL*** May 1st-SEPTEMBER-30th*** Pool heat is charged by day $35 per day with a 2 day minimum **Please note to host if you would like heat for the pool, before arrival.
