Cottage in Sant Jordi

The Finca Son Ferrer d'en Vola Vola is a natural and protected area located in Sant Jordi, Palma. The house, of Mallorcan architecture, has more than 500m2 and more than 90,000m2 of rustic land, and has capacity for ten adults and two children. It has six double bedrooms and five complete bathrooms -three in suite-, and two living rooms and a modern kitchen. It has a swimming pool, solarium, front and back porch, views of the sea and the Tramuntana, and is located 15 minutes from Palma airport. The space The Finca is located in a protected natural area where you can take nice walks through the countryside and enjoy outdoor activities and its swimming pool, which was previously a majorcan “safreig” with measures 3x2m and depth 1.20m. We have also Zone Bar and Balinese beds. It has two porches where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The house preserves the charm of an old majorcan house, with the comforts that a luxury house offers: spacious living rooms, five double bedrooms - two of them king size, another two queen size and one double, with five full bathrooms - three in suite -. One of these rooms has, in addition to the main bed, with two single beds, ideal for two children. Three of the bedrooms have a TV, and a crib and baby chair are available. In addition to the above, the stay has the following services: - Wi-Fi in all rooms. - Air conditioning. - Heating system. - Two Smart TVs (Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime, Movistar, etc.) in both living-rooms. - Three Satellite TVs in three rooms. - In the kitchen: Oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, capsule coffee maker, Italian coffee maker ... - Bed linen and towels for bathroom (no swimming) - Crib and baby chair. - Hair dryer. - Ping pong table. - Board games and toys for children. - Possibility of check-in and check-out by keylocker. Guest access Son Ferrer d'en Vola Vola is located 15 minutes from Palma’s airport, Son Sant Joan and 20 minutes from the city of Palma. Likewise, it has nearby beaches to which you can move while you are staying at the house. We 100% recommend renting or arriving with a rental or private car. The distance from the entrance gates to the main house is quite long — about a 15–20 minute walk. In addition, the entrance gates open and close with a remote control that only works when you are nearby. The gates must remain closed during your stay, whether you are inside or leaving the property. Therefore, while taxis are possible, they are not recommended. As for public transportation such as buses, it is not possible to reach the property by those means. Other things to note Apart from everything mentioned, it should be noted that, from the house, you can see the Sierra de Tramuntana and the entire Palma’s bay. In addition, the Finca has some additional features. For the more sporty, there are varied routes and paths, all of them signposted, where you can walk or play sports surrounded by Mediterranean nature. For those interested in history and archeology, the Finca has old constructions such as caves and prehistoric constructions. Finally, you can also see animals such as donkeys, rabbits and birds that live on the Finca.
