A cozy LIVING ROOM bathed in light (thanks to a large sliding bay window overlooking the balcony) with: - a 140 cm sofa bed - easy to open - LED TV with Sfr TV Box - fiber access - an OFFICE SPACE A pleasant BEDROOM with large bay window overlooking the balcony terrace - A double bed - A wardrobe with hanging space and hangers The bay windows (bedroom and living room) are equipped with wooden roller shutters and blackout curtains in the bedroom. A BATHROOM with: - a shower, - a washing machine, - a vanity unit with mirror and lighting - hair dryer - TOILETS Access to the bathroom and toilet is located in the entrance between the bedroom and the living room, so without having to enter the bedroom for those who sleep in the living room, or without having to enter the living room for those who sleep in the bedroom. A BALCONY ideal for enjoying the morning sun in peace with: - a small table and 2 chairs - an armchair - a synthetic lawn - CUPBOARDS with SHELVES and WARDROBES will allow you to store your belongings. - Linens and towels are provided according to the number of people. - WiFi throughout the apartment (FIBER). - a clothes rack Guest access: You can enjoy the entire place for the duration of your stay. Guest access Paid street parking is easy. The Flowbird app allows you to manage your payments. Free parking is available either 10 minutes' walk or outside the city center with the possibility of traveling by free shuttle (the stop is next to the residence). You can easily unload your belongings while parked in front of the building. Other things to note BABIES AND CHILDREN: Children are welcome! It is possible to provide you with a travel cot, a baby bathtub and I am attentive to your requests for your little ones. For older children, they can enjoy the few books and board games that are intended for them. CYCLISTS: the building includes a bicycle area. Also the balcony is spacious enough to put your bikes there. IMPORTANT SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Bed linen is provided according to the number of people. * If you come with 1 or 2 person(s), the bed in the bedroom will be prepared and will be the only usable bed, (there are 2 of you and you want to open the 2nd bed?
