Villa close to dune & beach Zandvoort

The historic villa (320m2) with garden (450m2) is 5 min from the city center and 10 min walk from the beach and the Formula 1. The ground floor consists of an entrance, living room, dining room, children's play area, kitchen, study, utility room, and shed. The space The villa is 320 m2 in size and large old church doors give access to the entrance. From here, one can go to the living room and the hall. In addition, there is a side entrance. The living room has open doors to the front garden, a fireplace. Through the large en suite doors you enter the dining room with a table where you can eat with 8 people. Through the sliding doors, you enter the "conservatory" which opens onto the backyard - and is openly connected to the kitchen. The kitchen has a cooking island, induction plates, etc. Downstairs, there is almost entirely under-floor heating. Through the side entrance, you can also enter the house. The separate entrance gives access to our beach and surf shed. If you come from the beach, it is convenient with wet clothes, etc., but of course also for surfboard, handcart, etc. Connected to the utility room, you enter the kitchen without sand. Behind this is another work/study room overlooking the garden. All rooms are connected to the hall, with the toilet, the basement (not accessible) and the stairs to the top. Upstairs is the bathroom, toilet and 3 rooms. The master bedroom is connected via a large en-suite to the children's room with 3 children's beds. In addition, there is a separate single bedroom. On the second floor, you will find the washing machine and dryer and three rooms, all with a double bed. In addition, there is a living room. The backyard is south facing where you can eat, BBQ, etc. For families with children, everything is available: dresser, straps, surf suits, reading books, children's toys, etc. The house is suitable for 7 adults + three small children up to 5/6 years old (i.e. 3 cots). There may be 2 extra cots available. Ideal for large families, families and grandparents, or 2 families. Guest access Parking space in front of the door PLEASE NOTE paid parking from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. - this applies to the whole of Zandvoort. Winter rate 2 euros per hour, summer rate 7 euros. There is free parking 2 km away in Bentveld. On the south beach, parking is 2.50 per hour in summer with a maximum of 15 euros per day. See the current rates here: visit Zandvoort parking The bus stop (bus 80) is 150 meters from the house and has a direct connection to the village, Amsterdam, Haarlem and Heemstede-Aerdenhout train station. Zandvoort train station is a 15-minute walk. On foot or by bicycle you can go to the beach or just into the dunes (dunes 3 minutes walk). Renting bicycles is ideal to see the entire dune area - and not expensive. Large families can stay in our house, for example with grandparents, or 2 families. No groups or students. There are 8 beds for adults and 2 camping beds for small children. And we have 2 cats and 2 goldfish. Pets are welcome. Tourist tax of €3.30 per person per night is mandatory and not included in the prices listed by AIRBNB.
