Price includes wristbands and cleaning. The space Comfortable apartment ideal for families or groups. The main bedroom features a double bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning. There’s a second bathroom, a living and dining area, an open fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning throughout, a washing machine, internet, TV in the living room, and a balcony with outdoor seating and ocean view. It has an electric lock and hotel-style key card to activate the power. Guest access Upon arrival at the San María Club de Playa complex, guests are required to purchase a wristband for $50,000 COP per person. This wristband is mandatory and grants access to the common and entertainment areas of the complex, such as the beach, swimming pools, jacuzzis, sauna, steam room, gym, game room, massage room, among others. Children under 6 years old are exempt from this payment. Please note that this fee is only paid once, upon arrival, and no additional payments will be required during your stay. Also, keep in mind that this amount is not collected by me as the host, but by the condominium’s administration, and it is used exclusively for the maintenance and upkeep of these amenities. 1. Park your vehicle in front of the main reception of the complex. 2. Register at the reception. You will receive the wristbands for access to the common areas. 3. Return to your vehicle with the wristbands on. 4. Enter through the vehicle gate. The security guard will check that all guests are wearing wristbands and will authorize entry. 5. Once inside, take the first ramp on the left to reach the second level of the parking lot. 6. Find parking spot number 235, marked on the ground. It’s located right behind the elevator that leads to Tower 3. 7. Take the elevator in Tower 3 and go up to the 10th floor. 8. Exit the elevator and turn right, then look for the door marked 1031. 9. To enter the apartment, enter the code I will send you on the day of your reservation and press the # key. Please enter the code slowly to avoid locking the smart lock. 10. This code will only work once. Inside the apartment, you’ll find a white card on the kitchen counter. 11. Use this white card to: Re-enter the apartment during your stay. Activate the electricity by inserting it into the wall slot located near the entrance door. 12. To access the common areas (pools, jacuzzis, beach, gym, game room, massage room, and kiosks), you must book through the complex’s website using the ID number you used at check-in. Other things to note The apartment includes Wi-Fi, a private washing machine, a designated parking spot inside the complex, and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, blender, cookware, and utensils. All areas have air conditioning. Check-in is autonomous through a digital lock and hotel-style key card, allowing flexible arrival and activating the electricity upon entry. The building is gated with 24/7 security—ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, peace, and direct beach access.
