Guest access Marriott Desert Springs Villas resort has a gated entrance with a 24-hr guard that will guide you to the registration lobby. Upon checking in, you will have private access to the villa. Shuttles to and from Stagecoach are available (Tickets are not included); Guest parking at each bldg - controlled by parking passes; The resorts have both ground level and 2nd-Floor units. You will be able to put in a request of which level you would like your villa. The 2nd-floor units require using the stairs (no elevators). Guests also have access to the adjacent JW Marriott 19 Tennis/Pickleball Courts, including Clay and Grass Courts, a massive arcade center with bowling and many arcades, and grass putt-putt on Mon-Fri, free of charge. Of course, the guests will have full access to all the 27 villa resort pools/hot tubs, pickleball courts, rock climbing wall, exercise rooms, etc. Other things to note Renter is responsible for all damage - Credit card upon check-in is required. This is a non-cash resort. All on-site charges have to be made by credit card or charged to the room. The renters of this unit also have access to the adjacent JW Marriott tennis/pickleball, spa, and other activities. The Desert Springs Villas & JW Marriott resort have: • 2 golf courses, • 27 pools/hot tubs, • Pool grill/bar • 23-tennis/pickleball incl grass and clay, • a massive arcade center with bowling and many arcades, • rock climbing wall, • movie theater, • exercise rooms, • bbq grills, • bocce ball, etc.; Activities are scheduled all day and evening to give guests plenty of options to maximize the vacation fun.
