This recently renovated townhouse is situated between two of the most stunning beaches of the central coast: Avoca beach and Copacabana. A beautifully appointed family residence surrounded by rural and valley outlooks. The Decor is coastal, casual and relaxed - ideal for a family, or couples looking for short getaways only 90mins from Sydney. There is a new kitchen, full laundry with all linen included. The space There are several areas to relax and enjoy the space, whether you choose to be on the comfy day bed in the living space or out on the two deck areas having a barbeque. All outdoor spaces are quite private even though neighbours are fairly close. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the two upstairs bedrooms have lovely views over valley and farmland. There is extra bedding in the lounge if needed on a sofa bed and a single bedroom with bathroom downstairs Guest access I will meet you at the property when possible otherwise there is self access with key in lockbox (number shared before you check in). You will have use of the whole house. There is one step to access the house and internal stairs to the bedroom level. The townhouse is situated adjoining another property and quite close to two other properties but very private all the same. There are palms surrounding the balcony making it quite secluded. I have a lot of respect for my neighbours and would expect you to do the same when it comes to noise.
