On the ground floor, you will find: - an entrance with a closet as well as a toilet. - a living room with a table, sofa, small armchair that can be converted into a daybed, and a flat-screen TV connected to the Internet. (You can enter your Netflix codes there, for example). - a well-equipped kitchen. Everything you need is there: induction stove, oven, Cooceo, coffee makers, dishwasher and washing machine. Not to mention a large fridge-freezer, pretty matching dishes and everything you need to cook. The whole property overlooks a small 30-square-meter garden with garden furniture and a gas BBQ. Books are available in the living room.
