The space This newly renovated 2 bedroom home has been carefully curated with high end amenities like Avocado mattresses and pillows in each bedroom, a Smeg espresso machine, organic cotton sheets, vintage art and furniture, eco-friendly cleaning products, Apple TV and hi-speed wifi. Other things to note GIVING BACK: We believe it’s important to give back and support the community that we are a part of. As a result, a portion of your nightly rate will be donated to FIND Food Bank and Boys and Girls Club of the Hi-Desert. DESERT LIVING: One of our favorite things about being in nature is the wildlife, so don't be surprised if you run into a few unexpected guests in the surrounding areas - you might see wild rabbits, roadrunners, mice, beetles, snakes, and spiders. While typically harmless, keep in mind that the desert is their home and it's all part of the adventure. No EVENTS, PARTIES or COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS without prior approval, applicable permit if needed and additional fees. PETS: Reminder, this house has a no pets policy. If you bring an unauthorized pet, there will be a $200 fee for a professional deep cleaning of the entire house.
