Escape to Cedar Loft—an inviting retreat where the joy of golfing meets modern relaxation, creating an unforgettable experience for every golfer's dream getaway. You will receive an email a few days prior to check in that will include your security access code. Your door code will work beginning at 4pm the day of your arrival unless you have received pre-authorization and have paid the early check in fee at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. Accessing the unit prior to 4pm without authorization will result in a $1000 fee being assessed to the credit card on file. The office staff at The Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls is available by phone to answer any questions, to help you make any spa reservations or meal reservations at either of our restaurants, Kindred Spirits & The Grille at Hocking Hills Golf Club or to make you a tee time at our golf course, Hocking Hills Golf Club. We reserve the right to enter your accommodation at any time in cases of health, safety or security issues. Hocking Hills There is not public transportation, Uber or Lyft in our area. Renter must be 25 years of age with an Airbnb validated ID and must be present during the entire stay. Violation of this policy will result in a $1000 fee being charged to the credit card on file. We reserve the right to enter your accommodation at any time in cases of health, safety or security issues. 1.) We expect that there will be no parties. 2.) You may not have more guests than you are reserved for at the loft at any time. (No one may visit that isn’t staying.) We do have a ring doorbell system to monitor the number of guests entering. If you are found to have more people that you reserved for, we will assess a $1000 fee to your credit card. We do not have any cameras inside the loft. 3.) Guests are expected to pick up after themselves. Please make sure all trash is in the trash cans. 4.) There is no smoking permitted in the loft. This includes no vaping or smoking marijuana inside. You may smoke outside on the shared patio. Violation of this policy will result in a $1000 fee assessed to the credit card on file. 5.) There can be NO ATV riding on the property at any time. You may not bring your own golf cart. Violation of this policy will result in a $1000 fee assessed to the credit card on file. 6.) Fireworks and smoke bombs, etc. are prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in a $1000 fee assessed to the credit card on file. 7.) Please note that this loft is in the clubhouse with another unit, the restaurant and pro shop. There may be ambient noise from these outlets at peak times. Please be respectful of your neighbors and follow the posted quiet hours. 8.) You may not unplug or touch the Ring doorbell system or WIFI system at any time. If you are found to have done this a $1000 fee will be charged for repairs. 9.) You will be charged for any damages to our home, its contents, any property of the Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls and its entities or any of the surrounding property. This includes but is not limited to your lodging accommodation, the grounds, restaurants, golf course property, its lodging, restaurant, golf course equipment, etc. 10.) You will be charged for additional cleaning if you leave trash on the floor, outside in the yard, etc. Please note we provide a starter set of paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap. You will want to being additional amounts of these items. 11.) No dogs allowed in non-pet friendly lodges. In our dog friendly accommodations, up to 2 dogs allowed with prior approval and fee of $75 per dog at least 72 hours prior to arrival. No birds, cats, reptiles, etc. Violation of this policy will result in a $1000 fee being charged to the credit card on file. 11.) The Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls and its entities are not responsible for accidents or personal injuries occurring on or near any of our properties. By reserving you agree to this.
