Peaceful self-contained annex, near Nottingham -perfect for work stays & student visits Enjoy a relaxed stay at The Dell in Keyworth - a fully self contained annex offering privacy, comfort and a welcome break from the city noise. The annex is attached to the main house but completely independent, with its own private entrance and rear access, with underfloor heating. The upper mezzanine sleeping is accessed via small open-tread stairs with a single bed tucked into the apex. The space The annex is attached to the main house. It is completely separate from the main house with its own front door entrance and rear door. The sleeping arrangement to the upper mezzanine floor is by an open stairs, please see the photo as the bed is in the roof apex. You do have to be agile to use this arrangement A single bed is installed on the ground floor along with a large settee which is big enough for a single person to sleep on, comes with underfloor electric heating with addition electric radiator if needed Guest access Parking is available on the private drive in front of the pink door Access via key code pad located on wall right side of pink door. Entry details are sent the day before arrival. Other things to note The kitchenette includes a microwave, dishwasher and small compact sink. The separate shower room with wc and wash basin by the rear door. Another cupboard stores the fridge /freezer and hanging space /storage
