Off street parking Quiet & private on outskirts like country living but close to town. Access to bathroom complete with tub & shower access to full kitchen in basement that includes common sitting area with fireplace pool table and more. Also laundry facilities big backyard with large deck grill & inground heated pool & beautiful front porch to sit on.. Very quiet and great for walks or bike rides. There is a park nearby too with walking trail. No worries if you didn’t bring your bike because I have bikes here for you to use & enjoy. Our interaction would be as you need or in passing ..I'm on the go a lot. This is my family home with grandchildren here but not invading to your space. Neighborhood very quiet with peaceful surroundings and crime free. No public transportation you will need car & there's parking available. Garage parking if available for extra fee. We do have pets they mostly stay outdoors in large fenced in backyard so if you don't like pets or are allergic this may not be your ideal location. The house is huge with 2 kitchens & 5 bathrooms but i do live here so sometimes have company or grand kids but we do not invade your space. Also to note this room has a full bath across hall which is shared but a bath with no tub on main level can be used if you prefer your own bathroom to use this house has 5 bathrooms so that is never an issue here.
